Answer: Yes our products are authentic, we don't carry anything in plastic or pleather. We don't spend any money on advertising so we can get a great quality product at a low price.
2. Question: Are your products handmade?
Answer: Yes our products are handcrafted in our facility by skilled artists. Everything that we have is our own design.
3. Question: Do you have a good amount of stock in your products?
Answer: Yes we do, we sell in huge volumes to big companies so we have to keep enough stock to please them, our customers that order online, by phone and for our wholesalers.
4. Question: How long will it take for my order to ship out?
Answer: It depends on what items that you order. Some orders may ship out same day and some can take up to 3-5 business days to ship out. Leather cuffs and belts can take up to 12 business days to ship out. We make our items here in California so there needs to be some time to work on your order. if you order overnight, 2nd day or 3 day express your order is guaranteed to ship out within 2-3 business days. These options they may be a little more expensive but your order is guaranteed to ship out within 2-3 business days. Labor is added into these types of orders as well as other fixed costs.
